Section 24
Service Fees and Promotional Expenses
: (1) The Government of Nepal shall determine the maximum amount of money that an organization can take including service fees and promotional expenses per worker for a particular country or company.
(2) After the licensee informs that the worker selected for foreign employment has received the entry permit from the foreign employment country, he shall deposit the amount according to the contract in the licensee's office or bank account.
(3) According to sub-section (2), for depositing the amount in the licensee's office, the compensation shall be given to the worker. Explanation: For the purposes of this clause, "promotional expenses" means the entry fee charged by the licensee for employing workers and the various expenses incurred at home and abroad for providing quota of workers.
